Winterhalter constantly strives to improve its products and periodically provides updates for the software. To keep your machine running smoothly and delivering the best attended results, update the software on a regular basis.
Important Note
From 6 January 2025, the following software packages can only be installed if the date on the machine is set to a date before 6 January 2025.
• UC V02: UC000093
• PT V02: PT000055
• CTR: CTR000040
The reason for this is that the signature of the software packages will no longer be valid from 6 January 2025. However, as the signature is only checked during installation, the current date can be set again after installation.
In order to install higher software packages, the software package listed above must always be installed first if a lower software version is installed on the machine. The software packages listed above are therefore permanently available.

The update contains the following changes:
- The machine's serial number is now displayed correctly in the commissioning menu.
- The wash pump can now be activated correctly in the actuator programme. The "Safety requirement not met" message no longer appears when the door is closed.
Please note:
- The software update can only be installed if at least software version UC000093 is installed on the machine.
- If this is not the case, set the date on the machine to 05/01/2025 and then install software update UC000093.
- Then set the current date and install the latest software update.
